WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SCHEDULE MY MOVE?
To schedule your move we need to know the basic information: moving day, amount of bedrooms, start time (between 8-9 am, or 3-5 pm), pick up and drop off addresses, primary contact person’s cell phone and email address to send the confirmation.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IN ADVANCE?
No, we won’t charge you anything upfront. You will pay when the work is completed.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR 3 HOURS IF MY ENTIRE MOVE TAKES LESS TIME?
You have to pay at least for 3 hours because it is the established price minimum in all moving companies – no matter how long your move will really take (30 min or 2 hours).
WILL THERE BE ANY EXTRA FEES OR HIDDEN CHARGES?
There will be absolutely no charges or extra fees that you are already not aware of.
WHEN DOES THE WORK TIME START?
The time starts when out team arrive to your place (at the agreed time).
HOW LONG WILL MY MOVE TAKE?
We can’t tell you exactly how long your move will take, but be sure and calm that our team is well trained and high professional and not intended to waste your time. Unfortunately there are some factors that not depend on us, such as weather and traffic conditions, truck distance from loading and unloading places, stairs or elevator, long carrying.
